We specialise in personal fitness training with membership to a 24 hour gym so you have no excuses to get the gym!
In-home and small group personal training is also available – just drop us a line and we would be happy to tailor a package to suit your needs.
We also offer females only group personal training that deliver real results fast. Using a variety of different training methods, you can bet you will be challenged physically, as well as mentally.
Forget boring running sessions, we utilise strongman equipment, battling ropes, tyres, sledge hammers, sleds, prowlers, kegs, log presses, farmers walks, kettlebells and sandbags to get you into the best shape of your life as quickly as possible.
