All of our programs involve a combination of weight training to help you build lean muscle and conditioning to get you fitter and leaner. We couple this with tailored meal plans and nutritional counselling.

1 on 1 Personal Training

Our 1 on 1 Personal Training Programs will get you into the best shape of your life!! With a professional coach who is up to date with the latest training methods and nutritional advice, we will provide you with everything you need to reach your goals.
Forget what you think you know about personal trainers, we care about you and are invested into getting you to your goals no matter what. Whether it be motivational messages, regular check ups throughout the week to make sure you’re on track or recipes for you to try, we will go that extra mile to ensure you are receiving a top quality service.
We have 3 different programs to cater for your needs and budget.
All of our personal training programs includes free bootcamp on Saturday mornings.

Small Group Personal Training

We know that sometimes training with friends and family can give you that extra push and motivation to reach your goals. Active Fitness Training offers small group personal training sessions in a private facility. We run females only classes as well as combined guys and girls classes.
Groups are set to a limit of 8 people. This is to ensure that each individual still receives the personal guidance that they need but in a small and fun group environment.
On top of that each group member can attend our Saturday morning Bootcamps for FREE!!

Nutritional Guidance
